The Role
Your role will be as Room Leader and your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing, nurturing and fostering collaborative partnerships with families and communities to achieve quality learning and development outcomes for children
- Establishing, nurturing and fostering strong relationships with children to achieve quality learning and development outcomes
- Building a supportive relationship with families to allow for honest and open communication of expectations and needs
- Ensuring daily communication to families about their childs day communication diary, emails etc.
- Completing curriculum planning sheets and reflections to ensure the curriculum decision-making process is fully and appropriately implemented.

About you
To be successful in this position you must have:
- A Certificate III or Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, or ACECQA approved equivalent
- A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQF
- A current Working with Childrens Check
- Current first-aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
