They supply their products to Architects and Designers who work on large scale commercial and residential projects. Due to an internal promotion, they are now looking for a Receptionist to join their office in Stanmore on a permanent, full time basis.

Your New Role:
This role is designed to ensure the smooth running of the office. Duties include:
- Meet and greet clients visiting the office.
- Answer and redirect incoming calls and emails.
- Organise appointments with clients to visit the showroom.
- Arrange couriers/freight, order stationary and kitchen supplies.
- Support the Sales Team & Sampling Coordinator with administrative duties.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
