About Our Client

A luxury real estate developer with an enviable and modern portfolio attracting global real estate investors and ultra-high net worth individuals.

Job Description

- Develop and embed a digital engagement strategy including web front-end ownership of website network, based on the overall strategy of the company.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to devise a comprehensive digital plan
- Digital media & website management & social media management
- Manage and/or oversee all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency.
- Oversee all social media accounts and pages and ensure the messaging is consistent
- Lead the analysis and monitoring of digital activity using Google Analytics and other tools
- Manage and develop relationships with third party digital agencies
- Plan and manage the execution of all digital marketing communications, including SEO/SEM, sponsored/paid search, marketing database, email, SMS, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Plan and prepare budgets for the digital marketing function in line with the overall marketing Budget

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's required, Master's degree in Marketing, PR or Communications is preferred
- Minimum 10 -12 years of relevant working experience in Digital Marketing experience in real estate or any luxury brands
- Prior experience creating digital strategies for ultra luxury brands is highly preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Middle East region is preferred.
- Record in increasing web traffic, conversion and growing online engagement and leads
- Knowledge of digital marketing ranging from website management, SEO/SEM, PPC, email and databases, organic and paid social media and marketing automation
- Experience in using sales force and other marketing automation platforms
