- Proactively reconcile bank statements and identify cash flow irregularities.
- Take charge of financial reporting and business unit financial planning.
- Ensure timely and high-quality regional and group reporting.
- Collaborate across departments to craft and monitor budgets for success.Lead integration implementation, emphasising best practices and risk mitigation.
- Serve as the local liaison with tax experts for compliance and timely reporting.Ensure compliance and act as the go-to person for audit-related matters.
- Implement safeguards for confident navigation of company risks.
- Cultivate relationships with local bankers and manage insurance matters seamlessly.
Requirements include, but are limited to:
- Hold a professional accountancy qualification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent).
- Bring relevant experience in the services/manufacturing industry to the table.
- Demonstrate mastery of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
- Thrive under pressure, delivering exceptional results consistently.
- Showcase a track record in project management and complex integration projects.
- Possess stellar communication skills and a knack for collaboration.
- Excel in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
