Responsibilities:
- Change Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during organisational changes.
AND/OR
- Training and Development: Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that address skill gaps, promote professional development, and support employee growth.
Plus
- Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Analyse survey data and propose action plans for improvement.
- Performance Management: Work on the development and enhancement of performance management processes, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- Data Analytics: Utilise HR metrics and data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement throughout the delivery processes.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, Clinical Site Managers, Payroll, Team Leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of OD initiatives with overall HR objectives, policies, and procedures. .
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, Strongly advised to have a Human Resources background
- Proven experience in HR Organisational Development or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and current trends in organisational development.
