Job Description
Reporting into the APAC Head of HR your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Establish extensive understanding of our business and deep knowledge of all human resources operations and management, to ensure strategic alignment with critical business goals and work priorities.
- Be a trusted advisor to Country Management and employees on HR matters, policies and employment laws to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of sites and offices across ANZ.
- Champion organisation's signature people processes to ensure standardised employee experience across employee lifecycle and drive people agenda such as employee advocacy, IDE
- Leverage on people data and analytics to ideate, experiment and implement nuanced and innovative solutions, in HR and workplace management for continuous improvement and sustainable people decisions.
- Focus on employee engagement to sure positive morale of FTEs and seasonal workers towards high productivity.
- Manage overall headcount and HR budget, for cost-effectiveness
- Curate, establish and maintain an open HR architecture to keep abreast of best industry practices, refresh existing partnerships, explore unconventional synergies to stay ahead of future-oriented talent and organisational development trends.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have a minimum 5 years experience in HR ideally with a focus in manufacturing or industrial environments. This candidate will be strategically minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership experience in leading a small team of HR professionals is preferred.
