Embrace the pivotal role of Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in fortifying the organization's medical presence among external stakeholders through scientific exchange and research advocacy. This dynamic position entails field-based responsibilities, including nurturing relationships with healthcare influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), as well as collaborating internally to shape and execute medical strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Spearhead the implementation of the Therapeutic Area Medical Plan through cultivating relationships with key external stakeholders.
- Provide field-based support for medical strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Stay abreast of the latest scientific developments through literature analysis, conference attendance, and continuous education.
- Communicate insights from external stakeholders to internal teams to inform Brand and Medical Plans.
- Contribute to medical activities and materials development while identifying educational opportunities.
- Deliver medical information and presentations to various external stakeholders upon request.
- Ensure all scientific communications adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Foster relationships with KOLs and academic institutions in strategic geographic areas.
- Support Company Sponsored Studies and investigator-initiated research proposals.
- Collaborate on Medical Affairs Company Studies and real-world evidence projects.

Your Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field; Ph.D. preferred
- 2-3 years of MSL experience with demonstrated leadership.
- 2+ years of medical affairs experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or academia.
- Proficiency in product launch and clinical research preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
