Duties of the role include the following:
- Provide support in project management and administration tasks
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and identify any issues that may arise
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate project updates to all relevant parties
- Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and protocols to facilitate coordinated information flow to and from the Division and the preparation of coordinated responses.
- Contribute to the identification, review and development of new or enhanced procedures that support continual quality improvement and cost efficiency in a range of administrative and governance practices.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project activities
Requirements:
- High level oral and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with external and internal stakeholders at all levels
- National Police Clearance (NPC) is MANDATORY to be considered for this role.
- Ability in coordinating teams with demanding or complex workloads, organise work commitments, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines under pressure and to work effectively with limited supervision
- Effective interpersonal skills, with proven ability to relate effectively to a diverse customer base, negotiate successful outcomes in an innovative and resourceful manner, whilst maintaining a high standard of professional competence and an ethical approach
- Developing staff to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to and encouraging a culture of teamwork and service delivery and taking a shared responsibility for achieving results
- Experience in providing and managing a wide range of corporate finance and administrative support services
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Liaising, communicating, and negotiating with coworkers, clients, and stakeholders in an effective capacity to maintain productive work relationships
- The utilisation of contemporary project management methodologies and tools, including the collection, analysis, and presentation of information
- Prioritising and organising work to meet deadlines, including managing competing demands and tasks
