About the Opportunity / Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to a manager who is nurturing and supportive, your main responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Ensure timely processing of Accounts Payable invoices across different business units
- Ensure supplier queries are resolved in a timely manner
- Prepare and reconcile supplier reconciliations
- Ensure timely processing of payment runs
- Complete Supplier Credit Application for authorisation
- Create and maintain supplier records
- Ensure all records and filing is up to date and filed appropriately
- Assist Finance Manager and all other members of the Finance team with ah hoc accounting duties as necessary
Ideal Profile
To contribute their valuable knowledge and experience within accounts payable duties:
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or proven work experience
- Minimum 3 years related experience - good understanding of end to end AP process
- Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite is an advantage - other ERP system experience are welcomed to apply
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
- Proactive, hardworking and fast learner
- Excellent communication skills
- Managing workload, meeting deadlines and being organized at all times
