Due to a strong pipeline of projects Clarke Energy is seeking a Completions Coordinator to join their dynamic construction team. Reporting to the Commissioning Manager, responsible for executing project completions, coordination of quality, completions and defect management processes within the EPC business unit.

The Role:

- Coordinating the overall life cycle of project completions from factory acceptance testing, construction verification, pre-commissioning, commissioning, performance testing, reliability testing and final acceptance.
- Drive improvement initiatives, execute and refine Project Completions processes and play a key role in the successful handover of projects.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, efficiency and compliance by collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Commissioning Manager to support the planning and execution of commissioning activities.
- Manage the quality assurance documentation, Inspection and Testing Plans (ITPs), Inspection and Test Reports (ITRs), and related documentation.
- Drive effective utilisation and continuous improvement of the Completions and Commissioning Management System (CCMS), overseeing critical aspects of the completions process.
- Provide comprehensive assistance in resourcing, equipment and asset management for efficient commissioning and completion activities.
- Budget control maintains commissioning costs within the allocated budget.
- Maintain effective customer relationships.

About you:

- Similar power generation or related heavy industry experience.
- 5+ years experience as a Completions Coordinator or in a similar role with a strong understanding of quality assurance and completions.
- Bachelor Degree or Trade Qualification (desirable).
- Proficient in CCMS platforms such as Hexagon SmartCompletions.
- Understanding of engineering and construction data, completion certification and handover.
- Strong project management skills, prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Flexible, adaptable and collaborative, willing to engage across the design disciplines.
- Knowledge of effective Workplace Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality practices.
- Manage multiple tasks, and ability to work under pressure.
- Computer Literate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Current Drivers Licence.
- Hold working rights for Australia.
