Responsibilities include:

Employee and Industrial Relations:

- Proactively manage employee relations matters.
- Provide guidance on workplace policies and procedures.
- Liaise with stakeholders to address and resolve industrial relations issues.
- Keep executive managers informed and coordinate performance processes.

Staff Recruitment, Orientation, and Induction:

- End-to-end recruitment from sourcing to on-boarding.
- Conduct interviews, manage contracts, and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

HR Management and Administration:

- Manage personnel records, ensuring compliance with legislation.
- Assist with HR reporting, analytics, and related documentation processes.

HR Policy and Compliance:

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies.
- Streamline administrative processes and monitor staffing needs.
- Manage leave requests, maintain HR records, and coordinate reviews.
- Administer HR reports, conduct exit interviews, and manage property returns.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

- Relevant qualification in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
