job detailsRandstad is currently recruiting Experienced Customer Service Officers for a well known and reputable State Government department located in Adelaide CBD.
These roles are available immediately for successful applicants. 3 month contract with a high view for extension. Days of work will be Monday-Friday, full time hours between 8am and 6pm. Hourly Rate $36-38. The successful applicants will already hold a National Police Clearance issued within the last 12 months. . If you have a Customer Service/Contact Centre background, have strong Microsoft Office skills, have the ability to navigate multiple screens and are able to adapt and learn new programs quickly we would like to hear from you today!

The Role:
What you will do:
- High level advisory and issue resolution
- High level administrative tasks duties
- Provide guidance to queries
- Interpret customer information
- Generate and maintain appropriate records and documentation
- Undertake information and records management processes, updates and reviews
Essential Experience/skills:
- Experience in dealing with high volume calls
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Strong background in customer service
- Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Windows based PC environment
- Strong alpha and numerical data entry skills
- Professional phone manner
- Ability to problem solve and learn new technologies
