job detailsHR Partners is representing a reputable name in the Memorial Services Industry in Western Sydney for a newly created L&D specialist role. Reporting to the L&D Manager, this role will be responsible for the in-house design, frameworks, development, implementation and up-skilling of learning solutions, while calling on your creative thinking and outgoing ideas to bring to the teams. This is a great opportunity for someone to be exposed to projects and being mentored by a collaborative L&D Manager.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Developing learning experiences
- Designing new creative content
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define training needs
- Analysis training needs to close skill gaps
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current training programs
- Opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects
- About you
Suitable candidates will ideally have:
- Have prior learning and development and training work experience in a in a white and blue-collar environment
- A strong understanding of contemporary adult learning principles
- Visual design skills and ability to storyboard
- Relevant design and developing technical and soft skills training
- Outgoing and creative personality
- You like working on a variety of projects and
- Have a passion towards supporting a broad range of learning & development initiatives
