Sales Support/Office AdministratorDigga is Australia's leading manufacturer of Machinery attachments for the Earthmoving & Construction industry. We require a pro-active and resourceful Sales Support/Office Administrator to support the NSW Sales Team and provide overall support to the wider NSW team as it relates to branch activities including counter sales, customer service, spare parts, and service/
To be successful in this role, you will be a highly motivated individual who is deeply passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and has the ability to multitask in a fast and challenging environment.
Main duties include: Coordinate and provide support to the NSW Sales team. Build effective customer relations by understanding your customers including attending customer visits as required. Answering customer enquires both over the phone and face to face. Maintaining communication on progress of orders and managing customer expectations Processing of quotations/customer orders Sales reporting and updating on industry changes. Routine administration, service, sales, spare parts, and dispatching functions Assist and provide back up to other areas of the branch including coordination of general branch activities as required.
To be successful for this role: Previous experience in similar role Excellent communication, customer service and complaint handling skills Experience in Spare Parts advantageous Confident in building rapport with internal and external stakeholders High level of accuracy and attention to detail Self-motivated with drive to meet and exceed results. Highly Proficient in Microsoft applications outlook/excel/word. Experience with ERP systems with Infor M3 being highly regarded.
Ideally you will be mechanically minded with experience in the earthmoving or related industry.
