About The Role

Title: Head of Roll Management

Key Responsibilities:

As the Head of Roll Management, you will oversee the management of the Victorian register of electors, ensuring accuracy, compliance with legislation, and the timely production of roll products. Reporting to the Event Strategy and Delivery Director, your key responsibilities include:

- Lead the development and delivery of work to manage the Victorian register of electors.
- Act as the Electoral Registrar in accordance with legislation, regulation, and VEC policy.
- Manage relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders relevant to the register of electors.
- Oversee the VEC's relationship with the Australian Electoral Commission regarding elector data.
- Ensure elector data is managed in accordance with relevant legislation.
- Sponsor work programs responsible for delivering roll products for all electoral events.
- Provide specialist advice and support in the development of policies and processes to maintain the integrity, completeness, and security of elector information.

- Ability to translate corporate strategy into achievable work plans.
- Excellent people leadership, management, and team-building skills.
