Location: Moorabbin, Melbourne
Salary: $65 - 75K base + super
Your new company:
Our client is an established lending franchise under one of the Big 4 banks in Australia, covering South East Melbourne. A fantastic opportunity to join an expanding business as a Loan Processor and gain more hands-on experience in the residential lending space. You will be providing support to the mobile lenders with loan applications, credit submissions and other business support duties within the office.
Your new role ...
- First point of contact for customers relating to new and existing lending requirements and have a sound knowledge of lending requirements
- Supporting the Mobile Lenders with their loan applications such as initiating and collecting relevant documents
- Pre-qualifying internal referrals
- Data entry and management of CRM systems
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to meet timely deadlines
- Ensuring efficient operation in the office
What youll need
- Ideally experience in retail banking and working within an admin/loan processing role in the financial services industry
- Strong excel and Microsoft suite skills
- Good knowledge of the lending process and banks lending systems and products
- Strong communication skills, flexible, collaborative and proactive attitude
