This business is a very well respected and well branded financial services organisation that specialises in funds management , wealth as well as corporate trustee services. They have a strong reputation in the market for their commitment to providing holistic, tailored advice to their customer base. The Role
This role will see you working in the custody area providing client service and settlements to a portfolio of clients. Approximately 30% of your time will be spent speaking to banks, fund managers and other financial institutions. 70% of your time will be monitoring and reporting transactions.
You will be responsible for responding to client queries regarding financial products and fees and coordinating invoice approvals . Settlements and Reconciliations will be performed domestically and globally and you should be able to identify any errors associated with failed settlements.
The team will provide training so you are up to speed with the different banking platforms.
Your Experience
- You need minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role ie custody, settlements, reconciliations
- Minimum of 12 months with a client service role in financial service
- Strong computer skills, highly organised with ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Diploma or Degree in business / finance highly regarded
