job detailsRandstad Digital is partnering with a key player in the energy sector based in the north Brisbane suburbs. Our client is looking for a Technical Lead to join their team on an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of an extension.
The Technical lead will work to translate business requirements and solution specifications into design and architecture relating to an electronic document and records management system cloud transition.
Key Duties
- Solution architecture and design including vendor collaboration, workshopping, and functional and non-function requirements.
- Technical change management including impact assessment, technical change requests, and risk assessments.
- Documentation such as solution architecture documentation, integration designs, solution transition plans, data migration plans, and technical change management.
- Communication between business and technical teams.
- Convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Data analysis including analysing and interpreting solution architecture and data design, defining data requirements, and collaborating with data analysts and scientists.
- Testing and validation through collaboration with the testing team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience as a technical solution analyst or a similar role in an ICT PMO environment.
- Understanding of solution design and ITIL methodologies.
- Experience working on complex infrastructure and software-related ICT solutions.
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- PMBOK / Prince 2
Technical Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience with several of the following:
- Electronic document management systems
- Deployment of Sharepoint Online and Office365
- Azure Active Directory, Landing Zones, Express Route, and Azure Networking
- Broad knowledge of ICT including infrastructure, messaging, data, networking, business applications, integration, and data management.
