The opportunity:
A full time permanent position reporting to the Credit Manager:
- Flexible work from home arrangements (hybrid)
- Flexible work hours (Start/finish times + extra hours for RDO every 4 weeks or 1/2 day Friday)
- Join a close knit team with great tenure
- Onsite parking available
- Attractive salary for the right individual
The role:
- Manage the collections of all overdue debtors, customer disputes and liaise with internal and external customers
- Enforce credit hold policy and refer delinquent debtors appropriately
- Manage credit application process for new customers
- Manage and maintain ledger and raise account adjustments
- Assist onboarding of new customers through credit application
- Assist in maximising cash flow and respond to agreed payment terms
About you:
- 4-5 years experience in a similar role or junior looking to adapt new learning skills
- Punctual and reliable individual with effective communication skills
- Strong problem solving and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team
