If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently seeking an experienced EA for a government organisation for a full time permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-level administrative support to C-suite executives.
- Supporting the executive director and liaising with other departments
- Managing and prioritizing complex calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Preparing and editing professional documents, reports, and presentations, board papers
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication
- Assisting with project management tasks and tracking deadlines.
- Contributing to a positive and efficient office environment.
Selection Criteria :
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Negotiation skills
- Being able to handle complex issues and information
