Job Description
This role is a diverse and exciting Marketing and Communications position.
Within this role you will manage the following as your key responsibilities.
- Lead marketing projects, manage time lines, and track performance.
- Create data-driven strategies for B2B and B2C engagement.
- Implement multi-channel marketing across various platforms.
- Collaborate on new marketing initiatives aligned with brand guidelines.
- Showcase successful local strategies through case studies.
- Provide training on marketing and content best practices.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will possess a dynamic and creative personality. Someone who is looking to work within a fun and outgoing team. The ideal dream candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing and communications/or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in marketing/or communications.
- Experience in real estate is definitely advantageous but not necessary.
- Management experience across internal teams and cross functions is highly regarded.
- You're a storyteller, you have a strong understanding of brand and marketing strategy and social media.
- Ability to analyse market trends, present creative ideas to senior management, understand consumer insights and competitor activities and can use those to inform your marketing strategy.
- Meticulous attention to detail and fabulous communication skills both written and verbal.
