Job Description
The key responsibilities include:
- Client-Centric ICT Support: Deliver exceptional ICT support tailored to client needs, ensuring their technology-related challenges are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and skillfully resolve ICT-related issues within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintaining a high standard of service quality.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage your technical prowess to manage, configure, monitor, and implement ICT environments across diverse technical domains, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, craft clear work instructions, and generate technical reports for management, aiding decision-making and transparency.
- Device Roll-out Coordination: Collaborate in the smooth roll-out of new devices, aligning with the Asset Replacement Program to enhance our technological infrastructure.
- Versatile Contributions: Be adaptable and contribute effectively to other tasks and initiatives as required, supporting the broader objectives of the Digital Delivery Team.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of IT infrastructure, network transport mediums, architecture, security considerations, and cabling requirements.
- Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing System and ITIL Service Management processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated experience in working in multi-disciplinary technical teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to maintain an awareness and understanding of new and emerging ICT technologies and products as they relate to the client.
