This role is a 12 month contract based opportunity with a high chance of renewal. A flexible, hybrid work environment ensures a great work-life balance.
Requirements
- Knowledge of process modeling techniques, such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), and process analysis tools like ARIS or Visio.
- Proficiency in requirements management tools like JIRA, Confluence.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban. SAFe agile preferred.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, and mock-ups.
- Ability to facilitate discussions and workshops with varied stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
- Must be Australian Citizen
- Geelong location - hybrid role with time spent in the office
EL1 BUSINESS ANALYST
Responsibilities
Some of the responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):
- Identifying and documenting current business processes to create baseline understanding of current situation and processes.
- Creating and facilitating process design improvements by conducting business and systems process analysis.
- Providing program/stream level analysis and producing required analysis documentation.
- Providing expertise and supporting the Product Owner to elaborate user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps with the input from SMEs.
- Leading transition of business requirements over to build teams for development.
- Supporting verification testing of the built solution to ensure alignment to business requirements.
APS6 BUSINESS ANALYST
Responsibilities
Some of the responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):
- Producing reports, interpreting data and analysing results using standard statistical techniques.
- Coordinating divisional and branch reporting requirements to monitor and track improvement and performance outcomes.
- Developing business functional requirements and resources, consistent with contractual, legislative and policy environments.
- Establishing and implementing governance and compliance processes, dashboards and management systems to track branch and divisional performance against plans and targets.
- Implementing and maintaining audit and risk processes, controls and undertaking issues resolution.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of proposed solutions and design.
- Supporting the transition of business requirements over to build teams for development.
