The Senior HR Business Partner will work closely with directors and managers to drive culture and lead in providing high quality HR strategic and operational advice and people solutions across the organistation.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide a comprehensive HR authoritative advice accross Workforce planning and recruitment, Employee relations, Performance management, Career and capability development and Change management
- Proactively partner, develop and sustain relationships with directors and managers across the board
- Ensure a sound understanding of the opportunities and challenges faced
- Drive and lead HR people initiatives across client groups to enhance the culture, employment engagement and experience.
- Manage resource requirements through each stage of the project life cycle
- With a focus on early intervention and local resolution, manage HR concerns including assessment of workplace issues, negotiating and applying appropriate action ensuring relevant legislation, the VPS Enterprise Agreement and HR policies are consistently and reasonably applied.
