Your New Role
As Customer Service Specialist, your role will involve providing a high level of customer service to clients in need, in a calm and empathetic nature. You will join a diverse and inclusive team who have one common goal: to help those in need and save lives. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be in good hands whilst working on a 24/7 rotating roster, Monday - Sunday (weekend work limited).
Your Responsibilities
- Managing a high volume of inbound calls and triaging accordingly
- Liaising with emergency responses and external stakeholders to coordinate resources
- Working together as a team to provide the best support possible
- Raising and managing escalated claims
- Performing end to end case management
