We have an exceptional opportunity for a talented Software/Product Implementation Consultant to join our team.This role will drive successful demonstration and implementation of our business management solution for our Healthcare based customers/clients.
Client base sizes are from small operations to large scale organisations.
ResponsibilitiesProduct demonstration and engagement management to potential new clients.Project management to ensure on-time configuration and implementation of product.Provide technical leadership for the end-to-end solution.Ensure that the solution meets all the specifications and functions unique to each industry client.Resolve any gaps in product functionality and train our clients on how to use the new product.Takes the client live on the system after full configuration and the organisation trained.Ensure a smooth transition to the new system.Answer operational and application questions and consult the customer in a manner to transfer ownership of the system to the customer.After Go-Live provide technical support to the customer.Identification and documentation of possible product improvements and user feedback.Manage multiple projects at once.Excellent communication skills (verbal)Customer service ethic and focus; client-driven
