Working from our office, or one of our immaculate display homes, you will field enquiries and progress them through a proven sales process. To succeed in this role you will need excellent communication skills, be willing to embrace fluctuating working hours and be flexible to client times. Most importantly, you will have high personal standards and a winning attitude.
Sales experience is highly desirable for this role however we will consider applicants with significant transferrable skills. Receive part commissions upfront so you can get paid and start focusing on the next client. This is a huge opportunity to convert your game-changing effort into life-changing earnings.
Successful candidates will have the following; High level of energy and motivation;Strong work ethicPrevious selling experience preferred;Social media experience;Proven experience driving connections and networks;A willingness to embrace coaching and development;Great communication and negotiation skills;Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; andIntermediate Advanced Computing skills.
Requirements of this role will include:Working with potential clients to determine their new home needs and budgets in a timely manner;Monitoring social media accounts to respond to clients and potential clients;Provide further detail on our available designs via the real estate websites;Proactively networking leads, prospecting and closing sales to achieve monthly sales targets; andProviding follow up to potential clients.
