Key responsibilities -
- Respond to all general enquiries and setting appointment
- Build rapport with clients and ensure you deliver exceptional experiences that will nurture relationships
- Provide office support to the office manager
- Schedule appointments when required
- Document and log recordings for senior management to review
- General administration duties including reception and secretarial type duties
Ideally you will have -
- Legal or accounting administration background is highly desirable
- Proficient with office suite including outlook, word and excel
- Professional, and exceptional customer service
- Effective communicator and people focused
- Able to work independently with minimum direction
- Strong time management skills
- Certificate in administration, business management would be an asset
