We have a fantastic opportunity for a hybrid Customer Success Manager/Sale Representative to join our team!

We are one of Australias largest pay per lead marketing agencies in the education niche, generating 10s of thousands of leads per year. As an ideal candidate, you will be driven, possess extraordinary attention to detail and time management skills and have an approachable demeanour. To be successful in this role youll need at least 2 years of proven experience building and nurturing exceptional client relationships, managing multiple clients over a long period of time and doing sales outreach and closing.

This is a hybrid role requiring 50% client management and 50% sales. In this role youll be given the opportunity to manage our existing clients and find, close and onboard new clients from inbound and outbound sales.

About the Role

In this full-time (38 hour per week) hybrid role you will report to and work closely with the CEO to do a mix of client management and sales. On the client management side you will also work closely with the marketing manager and marketing team who is responsible for fulfilling all weekly client orders. You will be the main point of contact between our clients and our company.

The rest of the time you will be required to do sales and at times you will do sales for both our existing educational brand and our new marketing agency brand. You need to be able to deal with change and thrive in a rapidly-changing startup environment to be successful in this role.

ResponsibilitiesBuild strong, trusting and long-lasting relationships with our clients.Manage clients using Zoom, phone and email.Understand our clients, their needs and how they relate to our products.Understand timelines and have the ability to respond quickly to client needs.Troubleshoot client issues, offer solutions and implement them.Use our CRM to manage all client communications and sales enquiries. Coordinate with the marketing team for client approvals, purchase orders, new work orders and troubleshooting client issues.Identify opportunities to generate new sales revenue and implement them.Hit weekly and quarterly performance KPIs.Contact and close inbound leads generated from our internal marketing.Use outbound sales methods such as cold calling, email and social media outreach to find and close new clients.Present Sales Presentations to potential clients and sign them up for product trials.Onboard new clients and set appropriate expectations for performance.Possess exceptional time management skills and a proactive can-do attitude.Attend a weekly sales meeting and 10 minute daily huddles with the entire company. Travel 1-2 times per year for face-to-face meetings with our clients (Melbourne, Brisbane & Sydney) may be required but is not guaranteed.

About You

Ideally you have a high level of digital account/client management and sales experience in a digital and/or agency environment and are keen and comfortable working in a smaller agency workplace.

As a member of our team youll be a self-starter who can work autonomously, consistently collaborate on and deliver great work, be a natural problem solver, tech and marketing savvy, and an A+ communicator.You must be able to deal with change and thrive in a rapidly changing, start-up environment (we mentioned this twice because its key to success in this role!).At least 2 years of experience in a client/account management role.At least 2 years of experience in a sales role closing inbound and outbound enquiries. At least 12 months experience doing successful cold calling.Understanding of basic marketing concepts and how lead generation works using digital marketing. Proven track record managing clients and generating additional revenue from them.Experience using CRM systems to manage sales leads and clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent presentation skills in video and face-to-face meetings.Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.Dedication to providing excellent customer service.Excellent time management skills. Excellent attention to detail.You must have a reliable internet connection, fast loading computer/laptop and home office set up that enables you to work effectively from home.Previous experience in a digital marketing agency is highly regarded but not essential.
