Our Management Graduate Program is a dynamic program designed to suit ambitious and focused individuals seeking an exciting role to start their professional career.
During the initial twelve months of the program, you will be trained in all areas of our technical support function and other business operations, alongside experienced engineering staff.
Your training will expose you to all of the technical aspects of the company's products and services Your initial training will be a hands-on operational role to ensure you gain a full understanding of our business fundamentals after which the direction changes to a more focused training program.
As new career opportunities become available, we seek to promote internally, looking within our talented team. This provides our graduates with great advancement opportunities.
The successful graduate will be given continuous mentoring throughout the program to fully equip you with the essential tools to become a success.
About the roleWorking within our Corporate Operations providing project and technical support to our plants Analytics and reporting, including the identification of opportunities for improvement, risks and trendsAssisting with the management and coordination of our systems and processes to maintain the plant and equipment across our laundry plantsAssisting with the preparation and review of our mechanical engineering documentation and proceduresContribution to the success of our business

About the successful Graduate:Have a tertiary qualification in engineering (mechatronics, mechanical, electrical) or equivalentCompleted a bachelors degree with a minimum credit average in the past 3 years (2020, 2021, 2022).Have an enthusiastic approach to self-management; possess strong attention to detail; excellent communication skills and be proactive in all situations.Have strong analytical skills across information systems A minimum of 612-month workplace experience such as an internship, an applied course placement or relevant entry-level role is advantageousWillingness to travel to our plants across Australian and New Zealand
