The Company:

Australian-owned FMCG manufacturing company based in North Western Sydney looking for two experienced Production Leaders to supervise a team and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The Role:

- Oversee production work flow to achieve target production outputs.
- Mentor and motivate staff on the production floor to meet targets.
- Manage the production schedule and meet dispatch deadlines.
- Assessing risks and facilitating training where necessary.
- Maintain effective labor planning and rostering.
- Recommend and facilitate operational improvements
- Implement and review continuous improvement and GMP processes.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to drive production efficiency.
- Ensure the site is compliant with WHS and food safety standards.

About You:

- Preferably a minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing as a Production Leader / Manager.
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering preferred.
- Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and with the ability to coach a team.
- Knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety Standards.

Work Rights & Salary:

Must be an Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen;

Salary ranges from $100K - $120K + Super negotiable depending on experience;
