About Our ClientOur client is national leading construction, property and finance company. As a group, they operate 20 businesses which include new home design and construction, commercial construction, land development & built form developments, mortgage broking and more.
They are on a lookout for a Corporate Communications Coordinator to join their fun and dynamic team based in a brand new state-of-the-art office in Perth's Inner West.
Job Description
- Coordinate, research and write, external publications, including our client's news, media releases, corporate brochures, speech notes, industry submissions and social media content.
- Manage public and media relations for the client's corporate brand and Managing Director.
- Manage the social media profile of the Managing Director and for the whole Group, including content generation, responding to comments and complaints resolution
- Oversee the crisis communications planning.
- Manage Internal Communications plan.
- Coordinate the internal communication needs of the Group, including the production of videos, writing of presentations, newsletter articles, delivery of quarterly staff e-newsletter, Group-wide posters, intranet news and other communications as required.
- Event management, budget and internal communications and collateral for the Group's Christmas Party
The Successful Applicant
We are seeking someone with outstanding stakeholder management skills, a detail orientated mindset and passion for delivering high quality, effective communications.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualifications in a journalism, mass communications and/or marketing related discipline
- Sound understanding of internal and external corporate communications, public and media relations and brand positioning.
- Outstanding Copywriting skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Sound ability to script and produce/edit videos.
- Demonstrated capability in managing a Content Management System for a website
