Australia's leading Telco company is seeking multiple permanent Customer Service representatives to join their vibrant team in Macquarie Park. You will be reporting into the Customer Service Team Leader who is known within the business for their supportive and knowledgeable presence within the business. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound customer calls with a high level of customer service
- Managing interactions within service, sales, financial services and basic technical support
- Handling complaints and providing appropriate timely solutions
- Providing options and discussing the benefits of products and services (up-selling)
- Effectively engaging with customers via digital platforms and voice
- General administration as required

About You
- Previous Customer Service experience, either in a Call Centre, Hospitality or Retail
- Poses strong verbal and written communication skills
- Grasps new concepts quickly and efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills including an ability to empathise with people
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment
