Reporting to the Customer service Team Leader, we are looking for an experienced customer service professional who is passionate about customers and understands the importance of delivering a great customer experience. This person will be responsible to provide high quality Customer Service through responding to phone and email enquires whilst also supporting the timely production of order entry for internal and external customer orders.
The role is based at our South Melbourne site and requires someone who loves customer service with an ability to engage with people at all levels.
Key responsibilities include:Answer incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently to maintain a service level of 98% or higherLogging of Service Jobs and ordersRespond to email enquires in a timely and proficient mannerExplain and assist in the solution of problemsObtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaintsCommunicate and coordinate with other departments for order completionDirect requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource/departmentRecord and maintains details of all changes related to purchase/service ordersRecord details of follow ups, comments and complaintsReach and maintain Key Performance Indicators set with in Customer Service DeptComplete all tasks assigned and take ownership of issues and problems until resolved
What will make you succeed in this role?Minimum 2 years customer service experienceExperience with Pronto is preferredDevelops and demonstrates strong product knowledge and expertise in creating a positive customer experienceAbility to develop and maintain relationships with work colleagues and customers at all organizational levels internal and external to the organization.Methodical and organized in approach to workReliable and responsible in working towards deadlines, fulfilling obligations and attendance at workCareful about detail and thorough in completing work tasksA passion for Continuous ImprovementHaving customers and consumers at the heart of everything you do
