- Providing assistance with the scheme debt register, including system cancelled debts and uncovered debts.
- Providing assistance with debt recovery processes in line within the Scheme Debt Management
- Policy, including liaising with other business areas, providers and participants to Scheme debts.
- Preparing invoices, including payment request cancellation as required.
- Collecting and banking cheques in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Extracting and analysing data from SAP and other data systems for management reporting
- Supporting project initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders within the team
About you:
The Finance Officer is accountable for organising their own workflow. You will need to be flexible and have excellent interpersonal skills, communicating effectively and providing advice to a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
In addition, you will be able to demonstrate the following
- Academic Qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or equivalent field.
- Ability to think critically and work through problems logically
- Relevant finance and SAP experience will be viewed very favourably.
