About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated PM shift Service Coordinator to join our team in Ballarat. Reporting to senior service advisor the position of Service Coordinator will be responsible for planning and coordinating the maintenance of trucks and trailers.
Duties:Coordinate day-to-day scheduling of maintenance on trucks and trailersLiaise with vendors to schedule workManage work in progress and provide updatesCreating job cards and processing supplier invoicesProvide high level of proactive customer service to stakeholdersParticipate in the after hours breakdown phone roster to coordinate breakdown support
Skills & experiencePrior fleet maintenance or heavy vehicle experience is highly regarded but not essentialTrade qualification in Light or Heavy Mechanics is highly regarded but not essentialStrong communication skillsAbility to remain highly organised and manage conflicting prioritiesHigh level of attention to detailIntermediate Microsoft Office skills
