Our clients are leaders in the Aged Care industry. Due to a period of growth, an opportunity has arisen for a HR Officer to join their teams on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Admin/Coordinator/Officer to enhance their experiences or simply have a change in scenery in the Human Resources industry!
YOUR NEW DUTIES
- Provide HR administration and coordination of the employee lifecycle
- Creation of contracts and letters
- Transitions
- Exit Process
- Data entry
- Providing day to day HR and administrative support to the HR team
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process
- Onboarding new employees
- HR Reporting
- Create new employee files according to company policy
- Update company policies and procedures as needed
- Liaise between stakeholders
- Ad hoc duties as required
WHAT YOU ARE / YOUR SKILLSET
- Minimum 1 year HR experience in a similar role
- HR relevant qualifications
- An excellent communicator whether that be verbal or written
- Attention to detail
- Positive and personable
