The Role
As a Contracts Administrator with this company you will be teamed with one of this companys talented Project Managers and will typically be working across 2-3 projects concurrently, depending upon their size and complexity. Your duties will include:
- Liaising with Clients & Contractors
- Negotiating Subcontractor Quotations & Prices
- Contract Drafting, Execution & Management
- Cashflow, Project Budget Control and all reporting
- Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports
- Progress Claims & Invoice Payments
- Programing and Programme Analysis
- Problem Solving with Clients, Subcontractors
- RFI and Variation Coordination with all parties
- Document/Drawing register control
- Attending and Minuting Meetings
- Preparing Operation and Maintenance Manuals
Experience/Qualifications Required
- Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
- A track record at PC or CA level on commercial building projects gained over 2 or more years you will have an excellent grounding in financial control and cost management
- Strong time management skills you will be working on multiple projects concurrently
- An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders whilst maintain business outcomes this company has many repeat clients and subcontractors
