Your job

To be successful in securing this job you will have over 5+ yrs experience as a Site / Project Engineer on new build, D&C, commercial construction projects. You will have been exposed to projects up to or over $50m and have hands-on experience on each stage of the project life cycle, extensive experience with procurement of trade packages and certification / design experience.

You will be responsible for and manage any design changes on site and will be the conduit for the information flowing to the site team. You will help drive the project through involvement with program creation / change and work with the foreman to achieve timely outcomes through delivery.

Your experience and qualifications

- Relevant Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Engineering tertiary qualification
- Confidence in your abilities to communicate with the Client, Consultants, Senior Management and Subcontractors alike
- Have the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team
- The ability to write a detailed scope of works
- Intimate knowledge of Construction legislation and contractual obligations
- Contracts Administration experience is extremely advantageous
