Job Description
- Conduct the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on best practice to secure high calibre talent.
- Building talent pools and pipeline for upcoming projects with the business.
- Pre-screening applicants & strategically sourcing using various databases.
- Using behavioural interview techniques to meet with potential candidates.
- Being proactive in attraction, sourcing and screening applicants.
- Coordinating a training program to up skill new talent.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience using behavioural interview techniques to identify good talent.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Experience with pre screening, on boarding and streamlining candidate pools.
- Proven experience in a similar junior role within an agency or internal recruitment.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
