About the role
Reporting to the Head of Sales in Sydney, your focus will be on on-going sales and client conversions, and will comprise:Running daily 45-minute long consultations (minimum 3 per day) with new and potential clients in person and via Zoom/Teams.Written follow up utilising a pre-populated strategic Migration Master Plan.Liaising with the Lodgements team in Sydney HQ to commence the application process once the client gives the go ahead.Mentoring the Migration Coordinators and assisting them to achieve their KPIs in terms of client conversions.Comply with all internal processes, including ensuring cost agreements and invoices are sent and receipted; all documents are saved for easy access and compliance purposes, with the support of the sales administration team members.Act as a brand ambassador to the business by following up with new leads and potential clients in company CRM referred through via various social media channels.Ensure quality audits are followed at each stage of the process as per company protocol.

QualificationsRegistered Migration Agents licence Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales as registered migration agent.Experience with TSS 482, ENS 186, Regional 494, Training visa 407 and labour and DAMA agreements as well as family and skilled migration.Minimum Bachelor degree level qualification or Graduate Diploma in Immigration Law.Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communications skills in English.
