job detailsAustralia's leading Food, Beverage and manufacturing company based in Greenacre is looking for a hands-on IT business Systems Manager to lead Future projects in Automation integration and Cloud Data platforms.
This role is reporting to the CFO and will have the opportunity to build a team to support the growth of the business in IT projects.
Full time Permanent position - Citizens or Perm Resident only.
Your new role:
- Identify and resolve issues related to network infrastructure, hardware and operating systems
- Work closely with our 3rd Party IT support partner, manage SLAs, weekly ticket meetings and escalations.
- Drive our Reporting and Data requirements to the next level. Transform our manual process to automate key data, using SSRS/SQL and Power BI to increase business efficiency and accuracy.
- Elevate our EDI Platform work with external support companies to set up new EDI trading partners and implement ASN integration with our current trading partners, on-site warehouse and 3PL warehouse.
- Mange the change control management process of future changes, releases, updates and enhancements of the MS D365 including coordinating user testing.
- D365 Fin Ops projects in the pipeline include Transport Module, MRP Module, Automation of production processes, Rebates Module, Quality Module.
About you:
- Previous hands on delivery in Automation projects
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Fin Ops)
- Extensive involvement in Information Technology strategy formulation and delivery
- Experience in business transformation projects
- Familiar with Azure servers
- Qualifications in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Experience in FMCG, logistics and/or production environments.
