Our Sun Pharma Port Fairy Site is seeking a suitably skilled and experienced person to join our Engineering team in the role of CMMS and Utilities Engineer The primary purpose of this role is to provide support for the Port Fairy site by management of Port Fairy Site Utilities Suppliers/Infrastructure and Service Contracts as well as the Computer Maintenance Management System.
This role will be responsible for:
Management of all Engineering related systems in use (or proposed). This includes the following:Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS), CMMS Change Control and revisionUsage of SAP for maintenance and stores activities
Specialist Engineering Utilities management. Ensuring that all Site Utilities are supplied to the site in a compliant state and that they are reliable. This includes the following:Site HVAC systems Site Water Treatment Systems (Softened, Reverse Osmosis, De-Ionised Water Systems)Site Pressure Equipment, and relevant Statutory InspectionsAir Systems (CO2, N2, Compressed Air)Boiler and SteamPredictive Maintenance ProgrammeTank Farm equipment (TF1-6)Fire system maintenance and upgradeBio-Filter system.Using RCA to reduce downtime events and prevent repeat issues.
Formal Requirement: Degree qualification in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical)
Post trade (tertiary) qualifications with a focus on Maintenance & Reliability Engineering.
Work Experience : Minimum of 5 years experience in Chemical or related industries. Direct experience in:Implementation of Chemical plant ProjectsInvolved with Safety related systems/tasks and Engineering projectsChemical plant environmentExperience working for large pharmaceuticals, petrochemical or chemical companies would be advantageous.
Some experience or exposure to implementation of accredited systems HAZOP studies, Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), SAP and Management of Utilities would be beneficial.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo a Criminal History Background/Police Check as a mandatory part of the process.
