About the roleYou will be a key support to ensure the Doctors arrival for hospital visits and clinics are on time and stress-free. The role interacts with multiple departments within the business, and manages logistics, with flexibility and professionalism. This key role will require flexibility, motivation to work independently and a good sense of humour. If you like Euro football that is also a plus!

Key Responsibilities
Scheduling in accordance with the Doctors hospital workload and liaising with key stakeholder on time restrictions and appointments Updating patient data via cloud-based software Scanning and emailing records to the administration team upon completion of hospital rounds Communication with key stakeholders to assist with scheduling, coordinating clinics and providing arrival updates Supporting the Doctor with safe and courteous driving and providing coffee and lunch when required (provided by the team)
Ideally you will have:
Healthcare or Medical support background Sound knowledge of Newcastle and Maitland regions Excellent communication skills and a pleasant disposition Professional presentation and be well-groomed Superior problem solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure The ability to be flexible and work a roster that may vary on short notice depending on business needs
You will be respectful, reliable, punctual & trustworthy. A current Drivers Licence (with a clean driving record), Police Check and Working with Children Check are essential.
