Job summary

The objective of the Senior Business Analyst (Loyalty and Marketing) role is to help to identify and define business problems and opportunities via in-depth investigation, gathering, documenting technical and non-technical information, including current processes.

You'll be responsible for documenting detailed business requirements, mapping current and future state processes, and ensuring the delivered solution meets the business requirements. Liaise between the IT and business process aspects of the operation, bridging the gap between IT and the broader parts of business across loyalty and marketing.

Key responsibilities:Own and drive stakeholder requirements solicitation across small, large and complex projects to ensure end to end requirements are capturedGain an understanding of the technology roadmap, individual division strategies and broader business strategiesProvide leadership where required to other BAs within the teamEngage as an active member of the team and the broader department with an achievement orientated attitude that reflects the vision, values and customer focus of the client Lead requirements gathering sessions and workshops Conduct future process mapping/modeling activities for projectsOwn BA project deliverables and ensure on time completion of BA project deliverables

What we're looking for:5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst and experience owning the stakeholderProven experience in analyzing and documenting user requirements and processes as well as providing consulting services to testing and development teams through project deliveryIt's desirable to have strong understanding of IT security protocols and the Australian Privacy PrincipalsIn depth experience of process re-engineering techniques, tools and modelling skillsProven experience on large and complex projects
