Job Description
This role is the sole business partner for Australia Pacific region. Being business partner, you are responsible for monthly global comms meetings, working with senior stakeholders across the business, including the CEO through to executives, presidents and senior leaders and supporting Australia Pacific's internal communications. Furthermore, this role is also responsible for:
- Develop and engage the APA president in strategic initiative.
- Managing the oversight of a variety of communication activities including: video productions, newsletters, webinars, PowerPoint presentations, visual assets and artefacts.
- Oversee the development of intranet content.
- Weekly content planning with all communication teams.
- Working with graphic designers, video production people, content creators etc. on communication assets.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have prior experience working in a highly complex organisation, preferably within the mining and resources industry. Furthermore, the candidate should have:
- Minimum 5 years experience in stakeholder management, business partnering and communications.
- Advanced copy writing and content creation skills, including video.
- Basic Adobe Suite skills.
- Knowledge or past experience working with intranet platforms.
- Past experience managing/working with senior stakeholders.
