job detailsAre you an experienced Customer Service Representative looking to build on your skills? This Customer Service position is a temporary position with a view to go permanent allowing you to develop your skills while working in a supportive team environment.
You will be joining a well established business based in Smithfield . The size of the company means there will be a lot of opportunity for you to further develop your Customer Service skills within a professional environment.
About your new role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be providing exceptional service to your customers. Your role will have variety and a typical day will involve:
- Processing customer orders over the phone and email
- Answering product queries
- Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
- Provide product advice to customers to ensure their requirements are met
What you will need
You will be someone who loves speaking to customers to offer a great experience.
- Experience in an office based Customer Service, Sales support, Administration or Order processing role.
- Well spoken and demonstrate a positive, empathetic attitude
- Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Available to work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- Experience with the system SAP is advantageous
