Job Description
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with donors and alumni and undertake related administration as required.
- Draft standard letters, correspondence, documents, invitations, and memos for signature.
- Assist in Advancement reporting requirements including stewardship reports, quarterly reports and Board Reports
- Undertake all administration in the lead up to and following the End of Financial Year appeal, including drafting and sending appeal communications, tracking and recording donations; reconciling donations with Finance; invoicing, receipting and corresponding communications.
- Manage accurate and up to date data on the CRM database
- Undertake prospect research and prepare confidential research profiles
- Support the Advancement and Alumni Relations Director (Acting) in the planning of Alumni Relations and Advancement events (eg EOY Deans' Address, Donor-Recipient Meets and Alumni Reunion).
The Successful Applicant
- Demonstrated competency in maintaining an accurate data base.
- High focus to quality processes and outcomes with attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- Experience in a Higher Education setting desirable
- Advantageous to have worked within a fundraising or philanthropic setting
