We are looking to welcome an experienced project coordinator to our growing team.
Job Description
As a project coordinator, you will be across many facets of the business. You will work closely with our project managers, designers, installers and factory team.
As Expo Centrics project coordinator, you would bring superior organisational and time management skills. Your attention to detail will be invaluable, and as a driven and organised coordinator, would thrive working in a fast-paced, purposeful team environment.
We strive for continuous improvement and create and foster an environment where you are supported, challenged, and given the opportunity to grow and move internally over time.
Just some of the responsibilities are: Directly supporting the account management and design team in delivering our award-winning structures. Scheduling and booking many of the services and products needed in delivering our projects. Setting up and managing project information using the company's project management software. Managing and owning administrative aspects of the project and broader business, including organising documents and composing and updating packs. Research and sourcing while building strong and trusted relationships with our suppliers. Financial reports, purchase order and invoice management, including creating client records and assisting in quote preparation.
The ideal candidate will have: Teamworking skills and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people; Exceptional organisational and time management Excellent communication skills Similar industry experience. Certificate or degree in business, event management or administration.
