Requirements:
Must haves:
Minimum of 5 years experience in Software Engineering and/or IT roles
Demonstrable experience working in an Ops role (DevOps, Sysadmin, Site Reliability Engineer)
Strong experience with Linux systems and shell programming
Experience with either Python or JavaScript programming
Experience with Amazon Web Services - AWS
Integration with, and the management of, systems and services via REST API
Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to apply critical thinking in a timely manner
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to self educate and present new ideas to the wider team
Ability to manage and meet deadlines
Ability to apply strategic thinking to issues of load and scale
